Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
