Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 20 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Oregano to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange the bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and spinach evenly on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
