- Pizza stone or baking sheet

- Pizza Cutter
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 50 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50 grams gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 50 grams fontina cheese, shredded
- 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Oregano to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot.
