Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 50 grams gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 50 grams fontina cheese, shredded
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Oregano to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella, gorgonzola, fontina, and parmesan cheeses evenly on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to use your favorite cheeses. This pizza is all about the rich and creamy cheese blend. Great for a luxurious treat.
