Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil.
  • Arrange the tomato slices evenly on the dough.
  • Place the mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
  • Add a pinch of salt and drizzle a bit more olive oil.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  • Slice and serve hot.
