Piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread from the Emilia-Romagna region. It's quick to make and perfect for stuffing with your favorite fillings like cheese, meats, and vegetables.

- Large mixing bowl
- Rolling Pin
- Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each piadina for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
Notes
- Piadina can be stuffed with a variety of fillings like prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula, and tomatoes.
- This flatbread is also great as a side to soups and stews.
